The high school is a good school, safe and generally centered on education. Good school spirit and the school does a good job of providing resources and support for students to succeed. Racially and economically diverse. Wish that the teachers would focus more on college preparation and the district waste far less time with standardized testing. Overall a good school.

The Bloomfield BOE providing funding for AP testing was very beneficial throughout my academic career. Emphasizing preparedness for college should happen earlier on in high school, and more help should be given in finding scholarships and assisting in the college research process.
A change would not be necessary, everything in this district is well put together. Attending the college for several years has been very outstanding and a great opportunity to explore the district of Bloomfield. I would volunteer every senor in high school to attend their college because not only do they receive great education but enjoy he great environment as ell.
