I think the BASD is really great district to be able to put kids in schools and have them continue to go through elementary, middle, and high school with the same people throughout their learning time in the BASD. The district does a well job at providing resources and seeing the needs of certain families are going through. Being able to have students continue learning while growing is important to the BASD. The Teachers and staff that are hired for the schools are chosen specifically and are some of the best. There are many opportunities that are given and anyone can tell that they are hands on with what is happening and going on in the area of Bethlehem. The BASD Mission, "is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment in which each student will attain the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to become a productive citizen and life-long learner in our technologically demanding and culturally diverse society."
High school is a time of growth and exploration. It's a time to learn about yourself, your interests, and your passions. High school is also a time of challenges, where you learn to balance your academic responsibilities with your social life and extracurricular activities. It's a time to build friendships and create lasting memories. Overall, this high school is a unique and transformative experience that shapes who you are and who you will become.
I can confidently say I enjoyed my time within the Bethlehem Area School District. Between elementary, middle, and highschool, all of the staff within the district has worked and succeeded in creating an environment where students feel safe, comfortable, and confident within learning and growing as young adults.
