I love the overall dedication that the district has for their students. This can be seen in the high quality teachers that they hire as well as the additional resources they provide to the students!! For example, the before/after school club that provides additional childcare for parents who work early or late.

I like how the teachers treat the students, they are alll very respect and caring. I have enjoyed my years going here. What I would like to see change is how stuffy the administration is. We are not allowed to call freshman, freshman because it could hurt someones feelings. It is just to liberal and it is stupid. We can barely do anything with our school spirit because it could " hurt someones feelings". everything today will.
To put it bluntly, my experience as a student going through schools of the Bethel School district to be a descent experience as well as a challenge for me to accomplish. My feelings towards the district are positive enough for me to recommend it to any parent or student, but I will not forget the problems I endured and witnessed as well. The Elementary and High schools were great in providing a satisfactory education and descent teachers that I respect to this day. The middle School I attended in this district however was poorly funded and short staffed. Not only that but the student atmosphere was toxic due to the rapid bullying and poor work habits of the teachers when interacting with these students. The district also had a few scandals in which staff were removed but it never placed a negative atmosphere within the district. Overall I am proud of my district, but I will never forget to mention its predicaments and setbacks.
