There is a great amount of diversity celebrated in New Mexican public schools. the issue is administrations focus more on political appearances rather than meeting students needs. The funding for schools is generally low, tools are not available, and schools use outdated techniques and methods of teaching.

I went to Bernalillo Highschool for my freshman year and sophomore year and I had a terrible time. My student council teacher bullied me and my parents had to get involved, but she did not get fired even though there were text messages proving she cybered bullied me. But I did enjoy my friends.
Its a great district to go and prepare for college with plenty of help from all faculty and staff and they also keep the family involved so they know how there child's education is going and where they need help. The facilities are brand new and are maintained to keep the schools nice and clean. Many of the teachers connect with students for a more involved education and actually care how there students are preforming in class and try to help them as best as they can. I would recommend this district to any parent looking for a great education and environment.
