I deeply enjoy Berlin Area School District. The community is small so everyone feels so connected. However, even though we do have a small district, we, as students, have many opportunities available to us. I have experienced the wide variety of opportunities all the way from musical clubs, to Key Club, to KIND Committee, to Mock Trial. There are even many opportunities in our academic lives. I have a goal of becoming a teacher in the future and I was able to take a class in high school called Aspiring Educators. There I was able to act as a high school student teacher in a middle school classroom as one of my classes.
The Berlin Area School District has truly changed my life. I transferred to Berlin when I was a freshman in high school. Berlin has taught me so much more than what is required in the classroom. I have been lucky enough to be surrounded by a school community that is unconditionally accepting and genuinely kind. The students and staff are driven to learn and truly care about each other, which is rare for many high schools.
I liked Berlin Area School District, it was very fun, and everyone is nice to each other. Sometimes the rules can make me mad, but I look at other schools and see that we are a pretty good school district. I am friends with everyone in my class, and when I graduate, I will miss them all. That is what I think was great about Berlin, my whole class got along with each other. I wouldn't change anything, right now the high school is perfect.
