While attending the Beresford School District, I found the teachers and staff were really helpful and if we needed extra help they'd help us before/after school (even if they would not be paid for it). I've been blessed to be able to have such great fine arts programs and these fine arts teachers are spectacular! In the future, it would be nice to see more focus on academics and the fine arts instead of sports. I think these are equally important and should be reconized as such. This year the Beresford School District started recognizing the seniors in band and choir instead of just recognizing the seniors in sports. I am proud to see these changes happening and I hope that the Beresford School District will continue to make more beneficial changes.

I really enjoyed that Beresford was a small school so everyone knew everyone. Many people were kind to me and some of the teachers are really understanding and willing to help you, whether it be actually schoolwork or a personal issue. The school spirit was always present in all games of all sports and every grade was just as close as the last. We all really helped each other out and we were willing to help those who might not have graduated.
I really liked most of my teachers and the administration, but I do not feel ready for college material. We also do not have very good athletic programs so we were not advanced in our sports. The food was very average for a high school but it was not absolutely terrible.
