Bald Eagle Area School District Reviews
A few things I liked were how involved the teachers were into helping prepare me for college. They were always there for me when I had any questions, and were always so eager in helping me prepare for college. I was involved in the volleyball program for a little while which was such a great and fun experience to have! I was also involved in the National Honor Society, SADD, and helping in conducting a Mini Thon! All of the experiences and clubs that I was apart of made high school a lot more fun than normal. Overall, I very much enjoyed all of my friends, teachers, clubs, and all of the other activities the school offered. Bald Eagle High School was a great high school to be enrolled in.
What I like about Bald Eagle is that the administration cares about making sure that every student is able to get the most out of their education and giving students a chance to take AP classes if they want to take them. Overall, the staff just cares about making sure students are ready to move on to whatever path they choose to go on after high school. Something that I wish was available to students would be use of the courtyard that we have. Currently it is not being used at all, it's well maintained, but I think that it would be a nice area to possibly hold study halls when it is nice outside or just be available for teachers to just take their students outside to have class. Other than that I can't really think of anything that our school needs to improve on.
I like the faculty and student interactions capable at our smaller school, but I feel that more can be improved if student ideas are taken into consideration. The teachers and other administration are mostly friendly and willing to help students. I feel like more can be improved within our school system though if there were surveys or other studies to see the thoughts of our student's experiences.
