I enjoyed my time in the Austin Public Schools district. While growing up in Austin, this was the perfect place for me to go. There are many classes and opportunities offered. The staff want the students to succeed. The Austin Public School district is a great schooling system to attend and they will carry you through the years. On the other hand, there are a lot of students who behave in ways that are not appropriate for the school day. There can be many distractions.

I think Austin is a great schooling environment and is a safe place to raise children. The teachers and staff are helpful and are willing to help when shown respect and commitment to learning. However, I would like to see more activities in the Austin area. There isn't a whole lot to do outside of school in Austin. The dome is great but is way overpriced, so I think the domes prices need to be reduced in order to get more kids involved in sport and encourage them to remain active during the winter. Sport, in my mind, is a great way to help keep kids active and engaged in the classroom. So, reducing the dome prices will not only help keep kids active itll help them stay engaged in the classroom as their pent-up energy will be reduced. Other than this i do like the austin area.
I like Austin Public School District because they are always focused on making their students be their best through academics. They also have a lot of teachers that truly go above and beyond for their students to succeed. The school culture is always uplifting and making sure that every student is comfortable in their schools. Austin Public School District is also a very diverse and accepting school district. They have prepared their students well for college by offering school programs and resources for their students and parents.
