Auburn Public Schools was a great place to get my education. The teachers are understanding and always do their best to make sure their students understand the content. The science classes have a plethora of experiments and demonstrations to drive their points home, and even a few projects where the students have full discretion, like building carts or model rockets. The math classes have several similar activities, like using the Desmos.com website to graph interesting equations. The only thing I might like to see change would be for the Fine Arts to have a bit more funding. As it is, most of the school's funding goes towards the sports, and most of the other activities are left to fend for themselves. Clubs have to charge fees of their members to cover expenses, and the Art teacher has to buy most of her supplies with her own money.

My high school experience with Auburn Public Schools was a very good experience. I was involved in a lot of athletics and was lucky to have athletic success that led me to playing college football. The academics at Auburn got me really ready for college. They were challenging but not too challenging. The teachers really communicated with the students and worked hard to make sure that the students got the best out of Auburn Public Schools. The coaches also played a big part in helping the student athletes. Many of my coaches taught me many life lessons that helped me become a better man. With that said I appreciate everything that the school district did for me. I highly recommend sending your child to this school system.
I had a good experience at Auburn. I felt like most of the teachers cared about me. I would change the math program because it wasn't very strong and it affected my college math classes.
