After having been in Ashland City Schools since Kindergarten, I feel that I have made a real home there. I've never been unwelcomed or unwanted, even at times where I was bullied. I always have had friends or teachers and faculty that care about me, especially in high school. Thanks to Ashland Schools, I have made friends out of some of the best people I have ever met. They have an excellent range of classes, with many electives to choose from, as well as an amazing music department, of which I am involved in the choir. The only thing I wish Ashland Schools had is a Geography class in the high school. Other than that, however, I love Ashland City Schools. I'm glad I have gotten to go there and I am sure I will be sad to leave.

Honestly, I was a little nervous when I had to move my kids here from a smaller school.....but our experience has been nothing but great! They have all excelled thanks to having wonderful teachers who were able to see their potential and help them succeed even more than in our previous school.
Ashland High School is a great place to get a good high school education. AHS offers plenty of advanced and AP courses to help students prepare for college, and many of the teachers go above and beyond to help their students. Additionally, AHS has numerous clubs, sports, and theater programs that many students participate in. Finally, the administration at AHS does a great job keeping the school running smoothly; from bell schedules to testing to safety procedures.
