I have been in Arcadia schools since Kindergarten. In Arcadia, I felt generally safe and understood by the students, teachers, and other adults. There are many opportunities, academic and nonacademic in Arcadia Unified schools. Though Arcadia is most known for its academics, I believe our schools have great art, sports, and extracurricular programs. At Arcadia schools, everyone will find something to their liking whether it be a club or particular class. Also, although Arcadia may be competitive, it has a very great education program. Arcadia leaves many students feeling ready, confident, and excited for college and what is yet to come. As a senior, I can proudly say that I am in AUSD!

Competitive yet ultimately rewarding, Arcadia High School prepares you for the countless obstacles that college life and beyond has to offer. As long as you're ready to take up the opportunities that come your way and work hard throughout your time here, there is nothing that you won't be ready for. The facilities are mostly new thanks to a large design overhaul in the past decade and the resources are plentiful. There is a place for everyone here!
The resources available to students at Arcadia Unified School District always astounds me. Not only has Arcadia High School provided students with ample opportunity throughout our four years to access advanced college search engines, but it has equipped us for a lifetime of quality research with JSTOR, a costly membership research database. Some disappointments I've observed in my time at AUSD are a select number of teachers who don't care about teaching students. Throughout my high school career, I have encountered at least one to two teachers each semester who don't put forth their best efforts at equipping students with necessary education. Ultimately, however, I am thankful to be at a school that provides a safe learning environment and gears its students toward achieving our best, during and beyond high school.
