I started attending Adair County R-II my eighth grade year. I was kind of nervous, but I had a positive experience. Even though I had the option to go back to my old school, I stuck with this one. This school has a nice vibe to it. The smallness of it makes it easy to be friends with the entire school. I am friends with everyone in the high school. I am able to walk around the entire school K-12. I wish this school was more supportive of music. I am the drum major of the band. There aren't many kids in band. I am the only kid in my class that is in band. I would recommend this school because it is full of nice people. We may give each other a hard time, but we rarely mean it.
Small school easy to get help with any work that you need help on. Teachers are all friendly, have verry small classes, and going and supporting for all sports teams.
Its a small school with very little to do, but their treatment for special ed is pretty good, I would prefer more into different clubs that arnt sports related, and better culture from the students
