Cypress High School has an extremely diverse student body which is great! Many events are inclusive to all races and sexualities. Violence and behavioral issues are low and it's a place where students ultimately feel safe. However, some of the staff are not in a position to teach. They don't genuinely love their jobs and it makes school a negative environment. The campus is slightly run down and needs work. Overall, it's a decent school.

Cypress High School is a high school located in Orange County. Just by the location, most can assume this is a very privileged high school and you are absolutely correct. The students were predominantly white and asian, and i think that due to the location and demographics of the area that is why. Many schools are segregated due to location and Cypress is not an exception to this. I believe that though i did receive and excellent education that readied me for college, there are lots of things that can be done. We can start accepting students from other locations to better our diversity. As students we can learn a lot from our peers. Our curriculum can also be expanded by interaction with kids from different backgrounds. I had a good experience with most of my teachers and i always felt safe on this campus. We have tons of clubs and extra curricular activities for students to get involved in and i think that is great!
I was originally supposed to attend a different high school but I attended Cypress High School instead. I am glad I attended Cypress because the teachers and the education was overall really great. I participated in cross country, soccer as well as track & field at my time attending cypress and I enjoyed every minute of it! I’m glad to have attended cypress high school, I also enjoyed the cafeteria food.
