This is a fantastic school to go and get your chances from getting to college! I was confused but my guidance counselor helped me to decide in which path should go! Right now I'm at Valencia College, I think this is the best decision I ever made, since I couldn't know any better where or what to choose. Thank you Cypress Creek for helping through my future studies and career!
We have a lot of different types of clubs at Cypress. They are all pretty fun and colorful. They all have something that you can learn from. There are so many different types of clubs that has to do with different types of culture. It is very diverse. There are a lot of options. There are educational clubs, clubs where you help people, creative clubs such as photography and many more!
Cypress has a diverse range of extracurricular activities, most of them being successful. We have Eco club, Drama club, Band , orchestra, Fashion Club, Indian Student Association, Caribbean Student Association, Hispanic Student Association, Asian Student Association, National Honors Society, SAFE, Astronomy Club, Anime Club, sports, dance teams, Chemistry club, Psychology club, Spanish National Honor Society, german National Honor Society Student Government Association, etc. Most of these clubs have a good commitment. However, there was more extracurriculars years before but because of lack of commitment and funds, they could no longer continue. All of our extracurriculars get no funding from the school, so the students have to earn the money to support them through fundraisers, which never end in our school. There is barely any administrative support which restricts most of the things each extracurricular want to do. When looking on the positive side though, you can see that Cypress student are trying to make themselves successful and more noticeable to colleges, judges, and family. The most recognizable achievement of Cypress Creek is the school marching, in that they have won every competition and made it to nationals every year. Our Drama Club is also another successful extracurricular in that we have an abundance of talented students and present excellent productions all year long.
