I am a former student from this academic institution and needless to say, Cutler bay Senior High School was a good school. Classes are small, etc. are offered very focused. The coursework can get very intense depending on which type of rigor you are placed in. Staff & Administration are relatively very professional and respectful. The school definitely goes above and beyond for student activities and tries to make them as fun as possible. As for student body, it can be a bit difficult to adjust if you’re coming from a very “Public” school atmosphere. Many students here come from very entitled/privileged families who can very well afford to go to have their kids in private schools but choose not to. Some students are very nice but of course you have your obnoxious, snobby students as well. Diversity is not seen as much of an issue at the school, although maybe about more than half of the students there are Caucasian. The school lacks sports!

I very much enjoy the size of the school. It is a very small school with around 500 students total and it allows for a nice learning environment. It's easy to make friends because you see many familiar faces everyday. What I would like to be changed is the physical education. Because there is no indoor gym, the school is only allowed to have physical education be done online, which sort of defeats the purpose.
It's a great school. It's very small but by far the best in the area. I've only had problems with one teacher there and she unfortunately is a magnet lead teacher sooo avoid liberal arts. Besides her, most other teachers are well trained and are very knowledgeable about their subjects. As we are a newer school there are many traditions I hope are still kept alive after 2018 leaves. #SharkWars2018 #WeDidThat
