The perk about attending a small school is the ability to be involved and try a wide variety of activities. You can be in sports, academic teams, ag teams, band, and OAP in order to find out what you like best. In larger schools, students tend to specialize or compete in one area, but in small schools you can be involved in everything!
All of the the staff members of CPISD are wonderful kind people, they are caring and really do want to see their students achieve their goals in and after their time at CPISD.
Cross Plains High School is an amazing place for anyone to attend do to such a great amount of activity in Academics and Extracurricular events. This school is one of if not the most competitive schools in the whole district when it comes to sports and academics. As a team, we have sent many people to state in UIL, FCCLA, One-Act Play, Track and even Cross Country followed by many regional and play-off qualifying sports.
