What I really like about Cristo Rey Tc is the mission they have. Which is to prepare students for college. It is my senior year and I can definitely say that they have helped me a lot on my college journey. Cristo Rey has an amazing job program. Where students once a week, work at corporate jobs. And that pays for their tuition. Besides that, it is for low income families, so you could assume that there is a lot of diversity. Which I really like, coming from a minority.

Cristo Rey offers assistance with academics, college, and jobs. It's a unique high school due to its students working in professional fields once a week. My experience there has been incredible. I love the support and the system of learning. They make the learning very enjoyable and challenging. The classes are challenging, but it prepares us for college. I would change the food provided. It isn't the best, but overall its an amazing school.
What I liked about Cristo Rey is the diversity and the work experience. Cristo Rey is 95% Latino, 3% African American, 1% Caucasian and the other 1% Somali. It makes me comfortable as a African American student to see alot of other students that look like me excelling in academics and athletics. Another reason why I liked Cristo Rey is that every student works one day out of the week and one friday of the month at a corporate workplace which pays off 90% of our tuition.
