Crawford High School is a great place to go if you really want to be involved with the school. It’s a 2A High School; therefore, you are able to be in more sports, more UIL events, and more clubs/organizations. The teachers are excellent at making sure everyone in the class understands the assignment before moving on to the next topic, or moving on to something harder. Crawford High School is the perfect smaller school in the Waco area.
The teachers at Crawford are basically the best thing about the school. They are leaders because of their standards, encouragement, interest in students' understanding and feelings, and their advocacy for the "work hard and be positive" attitude. Teachers are very encouraging of students asking for help before, during, and after school. They honestly show their care and consideration for the students and want the students to learn and have a good experience in school. I appreciate all of my teachers and they are some of my best role models.
