With a school population of 275 students, and one of the most reasonable tuition rates for HS in Essex County, CCA offers an appropriate number of clubs and extra curricular activities for it's students. It's athletic teams regularly win league championships, and it's musical groups and theater productions are outstanding. Whats so amazing about CCA is that students move seamlessly from athletics, to music, to clubs like robotics...and they do well in all of these areas. They are getting a true liberal arts experience.
Review Covenant Christian Academy
Every day, I drop off happy kids and I pick up happy kids. They love school. They love their teachers. They love being a part of sports teams, and clubs and theater productions. I can barely get them in the car to go home. How many Middle School students do you know are having this experience? They are held to high standards academically and are taught that there is always room for improvement. They are embraced as an important part of the school community. The teachers model what it means to be a follower of Christ in a modern world. This school is truly teaching my "whole" child and we are so grateful for the faculty that work so hard to make it the wonderful place it is.
The teachers at CCA continue to surpass our expectations as parents, year after year. The depth of learning, paired with the classical methods of round table discussion, mean our kids come home engaged and excited about the material they've learned that day. Our dinner table conversation is a constant stream of stories from their classes. We could not be more pleased with the way the teachers engage our kids, both in class and in life, as mentors.
