Phenomenal iSTEM program. Engineering is the weakest of the strands, and the biotechnology teacher is retiring and being replaced, but the cybersecurity teacher runs his classes very well. Newest principal is doing well with the school, improving school culture so that students are proud to call Countryside their home. Though I have no experience with the drama program, the drama teacher is highly regarded, and the shows they put on are always well done.

Countryside High School is a very diverse and inviting environment. For my past three years at Countryside High School I have been pushed to my highest academic possibilities. As well as being pushed academically, outside of school Countryside has so many clubs and sports to offer individuals varying from academic team to anime club. Recently Countryside has obtained a new principal and he has brought even more opportunity and fun to the school. Overall I am so lucky to have attended this school and glad I chose it my freshman year.
I love the way the music department is set up and I love my coaches. Even during the off season, they greet me in the hallways and I feel that they care about my academic success as well as my athletic success. My chorus teacher is my favorite teacher at the school; she is kind, caring, and makes me excited to come to class everyday. I always learn something new in her class and have greatly improved in my musicianship since she came to the school.
