Cotter Schools, a private, independent, Catholic school located in Winona, Minnesota, USA, is comprised of Cotter Junior High and Cotter High School. We serve motivated and engaged students in grades 5 through 12 beginning in the fall of 2020. Over 500 students from the city of Winona, the towns surrounding Winona, and from over 14 countries around the world engage in rigorous academic study, faith-centered experiences, and personally enriching athletic and arts activities - all with one goal in mind: that each student discover and develop his or her fullest potential! Cotter Schools reaches its goal when students graduate with the following skills and capacities. Cotter Schools graduates are problem solvers who think critically and creatively. They are young men and women who are communicators, collaborators, and cooperative learners. Cotter graduates are lifelong learners who are curious about the world around them and the future.
My three children all graduated from Cotter High School. They were able to try many explore their many interests. The teachers and staff were so supportive of all of my kids. They knew when to challenge them, and when to spend the time to make sure they understood the subject matter in each class.
The arts, academics and athletics are spot on in this school!
The arts, academics and athletics are spot on in this school!
Our two children currently attend Cotter Schools. We find the staff to be supportive and willing to put in extra effort to ensure all students find success. Between the academics, arts, athletics, and clubs our kids are finding success in many areas. On top of that, the volunteer hour requirements and overall positive culture, Cotter Schools are helping us grow well-rounded, good humans. I am very thankful for Cotter Schools and proud to be part of the Cotter family.
