Corydon High School helped prepare me for the college classes that I am taking now. I was involved in sports and several clubs while in school. I felt supported by coaches, teachers, and administrators. I know the clubs I was involved in helped my school and community better for me and others!
Because I was a good student and willing to follow the rules and be involved, I felt like my teachers resepected me and hoped for me to be successful in all that I did.
I made some great friends in high school. I did experience some of the normal teenage drama, but my counselor and school community supported me in making good decisions and staying positive.

From my experience by attending Corydon Central High School, I have made life long friends; meanwhile, gaining a life long education. At Corydon I had many opportunities to be apart of varsity athletics, and become involved in our schools academic bowl. The atmosphere at Corydon is wonderful, people are nice and care for your well being. This also goes for having teachers, who go out of their way to help each and every student become successful through school. I know there are many students who can’t wait to graduate, because they hate school; however, for myself that is the complete opposite! I loved having the opportunity to attend such a wonderful school such as this one. At Corydon, I learned that anything is possible, if you are willing to put in the time and effort.
I greatly enjoyed my teachers. They were incredibly caring and helpful with my visual disability
My Vision Impairment representative, on the other hand, was an absolute nightmare. The higher-ups in her department were very helpful with decreasing my interactions with this representative, but it is disheartening that someone so unhelpful and malicious would be hired in the first place to work with disabilities.
Corydon did an exceptional job of offering dual credits and college credits, especially for a small school.
