The teachers are amazing! All the elementary teachers are bilingual, and the school has an amazing full immersion dual language program. STEAM with wonderful art and music tie ins. The enrichment teacher is absolutely wonderful, and has worked with our student in such innovative and seamless ways! The IB program gives the ciriculum a very solid core. Lots of parent involvement! Very diverse extra curricular (Chess, drama, archery) It’s a remarkable school!
I’ve been a student here for 8 years and I love it!! I’ve been learning Spanish for 8 years and Chinese for 2 years and it has been an amazing experience This school also focuses on I.B. and we are an international and we learn about cultures from all around the world unlike public schools. It also prodvides yet another thing, Dual Enrollment. This school has really made a difference in our community. We have helped provide books for people who don’t have the opportunity to have them, we have crocheted a blanket for the homeless, and much more. They provide many clubs and opportunities such as Disney Academy. This year I did a service learning project to help out in my community and now I have been rewarded with a trip to Disney World. If you are considering schools this school you won’t regret it has amazing teachers and opportunities that will last a lifetime
Corrales International School was very small in terms of enrollment numbers, and therefore encouraged a family-like environment. I grew very close to my teachers and fellow-students.
