I have two children that attend Corpus Christi School and it has been a great experience for them. The school community is amazing and they truly love going to school every day. The academics are second to none and students are always pushed by the challenging curriculum and great teachers!
This is our seventh year at Corpus Christi School and we are thankful for the opportunities our children are given to grow and develop into caring, empathetic, and well-rounded individuals. The families we have met through CCS have become like family and we feel lucky to call them our friends. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the adminstation and teachers have gone above and beyond to be sure that our children continue to learn, all the while making their health and safety a priority. Our kids love the after school program, where they get to engage in a variety of supervised activities with friends and get their homework done. Over the past couple of years, the number of extra curricular activities (of all sorts) has increased drastically. I highly recommend Corpus Christi School to any family looking for a nurturing environment for their child(ren) to learn, develop, and grow.
My child has been at Corpus Christi for four years in the elementary school. There are some outstanding teachers who has made a world of difference in her educational experience. Most teachers are average and this year saw a lot of teacher turnover. The current The current administration leaves much to be desired. There is no transparency, much nickel and dining her family. There is little to no school community and we are losing legacy family in high numbers. The curriculum is good, though the foreign language leave much room for improvement. Student in lower grades has very limited options for clubs, sports or other activities at school.
The building itself needs many renovations which kicked off this year with window replacements. It’s has a long way to go but that’s a great start.
Overall I feel that the school is ok but the administration takes away from what could be a phenomenal community.
