The teachers at Cornerstone do not see teaching as just a job that pays the bills. They see it as a God-given ministry. They take time each morning to pray for the school, students and families. They take time for self evaluation and training and are constantly searching for ways to learn more and improve their teaching skills. They understand that the students are their priority an their job is to partner with parents in training each child.
This school as a whole desires to partner with families in rearing their children. This includes being a part of joys and trials that each family experiences. I am so thankful for the impact that this school has had on my child. I wish that I had sent her there earlier than I did!
Middle schoolers have a block each quarter when they can choose extra curricular activities which include drama, cooking, wilderness training, study hall, STEM activities just to mention a few.
