Corlears students learn, play, and grow together in a school designed for who they are at ages 2 through 10. During these crucial formative years, we build a foundation of compassion, critical thinking, imagination and leadership, and cultivate a joy and confidence in learning that serves our graduates throughout their lives.
Students work both individually and collaboratively to engage in problem-solving. Children are encouraged to question not only how things work, but why. Teachers challenge students to deepen their understanding by giving them increasingly complex problems that are relevant to student interest. Daily, our students are immersed in hands-on, inquiry-based activities.
The founders of Corlears sought to create a school where the curriculum would stimulate creativity, be grounded in concrete experiences, and extend beyond the classroom. That vision lives on today in our vibrant school, where students grow into curious and compassionate members of their communities.
Our Social Justice & Identity Curriculum
We strive to foster change-makers, and our social justice and identity curriculum is where the work starts. We do not see this work as a trend; rather, we see it as an imperative. As children grow, their ability to notice, question, and understand identity, diversity, justice, and action deepens. Our curriculum has been developed to match the developmental readiness of children at each age.

Corlears School Reviews
She has a love and curiosity for reading and math. She is forming strong friendships with her peers. Her teachers encourage her to be kind, independent and thoughtful.
We have been grateful with how well the school has managed the Covid-19 pandemic by providing both in person and online learning options. With on-site testing, temperature checks and responsible community we feel safe sending our daughter to school.
When looking at schools, we liked the warm feel of Corlears and that they are focused on young learners age 2-10 years old. I’m confident that we picked the right school for our daughter.
