Coral Reef allowed me to learn and blossom as a student. I had incredible teachers and grew in a tight knit community in the International Baccalaureate Programme. However, I do not think that the school promotes club involvement enough or opens it to students in an inviting way. I regret not being more involved in high school. My lack thereof however, was not just my own doing but I feel in part a failure of the school in regards to the offerings of clubs and the overall sense of exclusivity. Nonetheless, Coral Reef was a great place to be!

Attending Coral Reef has been a great experience and its IB academy has been filled with rigor and questions that I had never considered. Geography taught me more about the world we live in while Contemporary has taught me to question our past and present as many facts are distorted by bias and narrative. Living in such a diverse environment and making friends with different students has helped me better understand others as well as my place in the world. Teachers at Coral Reef are very supportive and receptive towards us. I sometimes ask questions before school and they always make sure to thoroughly answer my questions. Moreover the events and community services offered by Reef make us feel more interconnected with the school and our community. Despite the few downsides such as limited resources and clubs with positions that are selected by the teacher (there’s some bias involved) the school has helped me grow. Thank you and keep it reel!
Coral Reef Senior High School has definitely been a wild ride for me. I have met many people of different cultures and ethnic groups, which I feel has really shaped my character and image on human beings. This school is one of the best High schools in the U.S., and I can say it really is. The student life is alive and well filled! There are the rare teachers that you question their existence, but there is always that one teacher. Ever language arts teacher I've had has really inspired me to express myself. My High School experience is memorable, but I just can't wait for my real life experience to begin.
