Cook Literacy Model School Reviews

I believe the teachers are well studied, could use more staff and materials. The administration is not readily available or approachable. Could use a parent involvement group for resources and extending connections. Need more materials to put students in the same league as their peers in STEM. The food options need to improve and contain more healthy options and fresh fruits and vegetables. Changing meal times could also help students sustain their day and not be so hungry in the late afternoon. I like that there are no uniforms. Need a spirit week and more student appreciation days. Students like celebrating themselves, find more ways to show them their greatness. Teach to the students who attend the school, a more pro-black curriculum with the knowledge of Black people who've done more outside of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Malcolm X.
