I am a noncatholic student and do not like it here at all, we have more religious events than anything else at this school and the religion classes here are more than annoyingly vague. It also should be noted that the food here is often undercooked and the meat can be seen as peek quite often. But the academics in the lower school is good considering that they have a "gitfted" class that is great!

Overall, I enjoyed my high school experience. The friendships that I made and some of the learning experiences I had were priceless. However, I found, along with several of my peers, difficulty dealing with how the school dealt with controversy, as they chose to hide problems rather than openly discuss them most of the time.
The English, language, and science departments were excellent. The math and most of the history department left something to be desired. This is almost a unanimous opinion among my peers.
However, an all girls environment is truly unique to Vis. A beautiful four years of growth as an individual.
Forever indebted to this incredible school.
Visitation School is an excellent school! Our daughter is thriving. Academics, faculty, staff, athletics and activities are top-notch.
