Excellent school with loaded resources and support for students. Do not let the scores published fool you! Many students here are 95%+ percentile, high-performing, advanced learners. If parents are willing to be involved and the sky is the limit. Way better than any private schools my child had attended! This school opens up boundless opportunities for students with helpful and cheerful staff!
Hey! I'm currently enrolled at Connecting Waters and it's my last year here, and what can I say, it's been a ride. I got to meet so many new people here, try so many new things, and most of all, learn to be independent. I felt like I was finally able to do what I liked instead of just the general classes, such as English and math. I was able to dive into new subjects and learn so many new things. I've grown to love learning to through trials and errors and every new experience was a joy to behold.
My child is in lower elementary and has scored 99% percentile (several grades above) on reading/comprehension and Math since Grade 1. Unfortunately, even private schools cannot meet his needs or have the ability to support his desire to learn speedily.
With Connecting Waters, though we do not need to skip grades, my child has the autonomy to learn as fast and as deep as he wants. In less than four months with Connecting Waters, he has grown by leaps and bounds because now he has a platform that enables him to become who he can indeed be. With that, his social/emotional stage is at the trajectory growth stage. On top of it, our ES is encouraging, understanding, supportive, and kind.
It is for the first time that we, as a family, feel liberated from a dated, non-productive school system with loaded mediocracy. Connecting Waters is a school that empowers and prepares students to succeed in the digital era by not suppressing and confining what a child can be and will be.
