Concordia is a fantastic school with plenty of activities and a great student community. Teachers are highly engaged and caring. The faith focus is clear both in daily classes, weekly chapel, and frequent service projects. I have had children at Concordia in every class from 1st-12th grade; they have loved their experiences and I have loved it as a parent also!

I love Concordia! Especially chapel, it’s my favorite day of the week and aspect of Concordia because it gives me time to focus on God and forget my worries and stresses for the day. It’s so nice here because it’s a huge family. It doesn’t seem like a school but s loving community. Every cares for one another, even if you don’t always see eye to eye. And lunches are unique and fun, everyone loves them and the access to microwaves for lunch from home. The pep rallies are great and so exciting. Lip sync is our biggest in school competition for the pep rally and everyone loves it. Sometimes school here is so nice and fun that it doesn’t seem like school.
I came to Concordia starting my junior year. When I came, I was already very welcomed and loved by so many. I got involved with my sports right away which were cross country, baksetballl, and track and had stellar seasons both myself as an individual and as a team. My old school was big so I didn’t have as many opportunities to do things I wanted to do, however at Concordia, many can get involved with things because the school offers many opportunities for the students to get involved with daily activities. However, Concordia is a fairly newer school, so there are some things that the school does not have. Concordia does not have a swimming facility, a baseball/softball field, a music autotorium, which makes it hard for some of our students to compete at our school because each they always have to go to other schools to practice and participate. I hope that in the future Concordia can raise the funds to get these facilities for students.
