My experience with Compass Charter Schools was amazing! When I first enrolled, my High School GPA was very low (under 2.0), but the teachers took the time to work with me and helped keep me interested in the curriculum. Long story short, with the help of the great teachers and counselors I made the honor roll each of my last three semesters and got accepted to my dream school, which I had previously lost all hope of because of my terrible grades.

Compass Charter Schools is a K-12 online school (also includes a home study option) that gives students the High School knowledge and preparedness necessary for College. Even though they are an online school it is extremely easy to connect ir contact any faculty member. The curriculum is knowledge rich and the teachers of the course are always there to help you. I have had not one bad experience at CCS. The school, even though online, offers a wide variety of activities from numerous field trips across southern california, to online clubs run by students. Parents are encouraged to be onvolved and are given monitering tools for their child's progress. What CCS exceeds at the most is the College counseling. The college counselors are always on top of things, resource rich, and always provide help and guidance where you need it.
Well, they changed their name in the middle of the year to Compass Chaters High school and although the school provides more opportunity to a more open schedule and a flexible schedule that is great, the help and communication with students needs a little improvement.
