It was my first time at a private school, I’ve been homeschooled up until CCS. It was very well structured and came with plenty of extracurricular activities. I really wish it had more diversity in its students, teachers, and culture. And I also wish it had a “school nurse.” On Thursday they have “Chapel” which is a time where you go and listen to speakers talk about Jesus, being intentional, and ways we can help change race and bullying. Community Christian School was an overall pleasant experience and I recommend highly considering attending CCS.
CCS is a close knit environment with teachers who care about student's education and personal life. Students are held to high standards of behavior and academics. However, there are classes to fit different levels of ability. They also offer a wide variety of high school elective classes, including classes that may not be offered in public schools anymore...Home Economics, Driver's Education, ACT Prep, Bible.
I feel like I have received a great education. CCS does offer vo-tech and concurrent college enrollment to juniors and seniors. However, I would like to see them offer college credit classes at the school.

I loved it. I had an amazing high school experience and already miss it and I’m only a year out. Most people think that a private school must be bad and have a billion rules. There were a lot of rules but the community was outstanding. I knew every one of my teachers personally. I also knew all of my classmates. Once again, it was amazing
