It feels like a family. The teachers want you to be the best student you can be, they truly care for you and about you. I had a nice experience in high school, there are many opportunities for academic and athletic growth. The school board is very fair and tries to accommodate for anything they need to. The school is old but it does not look that way at all, they are very good about keeping up to date with things. Also, at Columbia High School, they are very traditional and like to keep things nice and put together, I enjoyed it very much!

My experience at Columbia High School overall has been a good one. I've enjoyed my tenure here; playing sports, enjoying my friends and of course the education I've received. There are of course many activities and organizations made available that I did not choose to participate in, but the ones I did, leave room for improvement. The athletic departments would definitely benefit from some updated equipment as well as new uniforms. We want to represent our school and community with pride.
Teachers of Columbia High School are hard working and I feel they do the best they can with the skills and training that they have been equipped with.
I Loved being apart of a community that cared for one another, actively helping, and listening to your needs. Columbia prepared me for college and life, I loved my experience as a student, and generally miss it! The teachers were outstanding and pushed us to reach our dreams and never stop until we get there.
