We chose this school for our children because we were looking for college prep academics, experiential education, and a great outdoor experience. Between the gorgeous location, the dedicated faculty, and the amazing program, our kids were more than ready to go out into the world. Thank you, CRMS!

Important to us was a school that had an outdoor component, provided the academic rigor our son was used to, and felt relaxed and cozy when not in class. We visited Cate, Thacher and CRMS and found CRMS to be the perfect fit. The weekend activities(skiing in Aspen/Snowmass, kayaking, climbing, game nights shopping, movies)have made the boarding experience one of the most formative aspects of his high school years. Communication with the school is clear and regular and has allowed us to stay involved in our son's day-to-day life. We've been able to get to know his friends and their parents, and believe these relationships will last a lifetime. Now entering senior year with college visits, ACT/SATs, we feel fully supported by the full-time staff dedicated making his next step successful. We look forward to watching CRMS grow and thrive as more families are discovering this special and vibrant place.
CRMS has allowed me a stellar high school education. The community is supportive and almost every person here is legitimately passionate about something important. The academics are as rigorous as you make them and the teachers are outstanding. The community can be a bit apathetic about issues beyond the campus boundaries, but this is countered by individuals who actively and consistently bring those issues to the consciousness of the community. Trips and food and good too.
