I attended Colorado Connections Academy throughout middle school. The school was accommodating and flexible around the student and family's needs. My family was able to travel while I was in school. Live lessons allowed students to interact with their teachers and classmates as well. All the teachers were very kind and willing to spend extra time working with students individually, as well as traveled the state for field trips, tutoring sessions, and testing. Connections Academy allows students to learn at their own pace and assures they will exceed in higher learning.

I went to a charter school from K-8 and was used to having good, challenging courses, I made lifelong friends and was used to a small school environment. In 9th grade, I attended a public high school and was completely out of my element. I had friends immediately but it just wasn't the same (discipline wasn't great, classes were challenging but I was in IB honors). The next year I came to Connections Academy and I have been loving it ever since. The coursework is challenging but not hard, and it's fun. There is a large variety of classes available to students. Overall, Connections Academy has been amazing to me.
It's a new take on learning with super helpful staff and teachers that always reach out. The classes and assignments can be done on your own time and teachers can virtually help you with one-on-one sessions.

The only negative thing is that this method is very self-disciplined. I'm not sure if they offer music or sports programs. So if your interested contact the school for further information!
