Collinwood has lovely staff and students. Collinwood is a big school with about 300 students and deserves many more! Walking into school everyday brings a smile to my face. The staff truly cares and wants to prepare you for life. I feel safe in my school, the security is amazing. Also, due to location many students are underprivileged and the school offers so many helpful resources. The issues with Collinwood are, it is an old building and so it lacks in heating and air conditioning.

This is my final year being a collinwood high school student and the overall expirence was the greatest! I’m going to miss the teachers and other staff members who go out of their way to help me and everyone else. I love being a part of this school and I am forever grateful of the memories and lessons I have received.
Most teachers have a tough situation because the kids are so obnoxious. Most instructors I have had transferred or spontaneous left because of the poor student attentiveness for education. Due to the fact I was taking college level courses at TRI-C while in high school I do not have a accurate memory of all teachers because I was only in school for a few hours a day. However the instructors I had freshman year, awesome! I mean the dream team of high school classes. I loved them. They were knowledgeable, accurate, concerned, ideal. Relevant inside and outside the classroom. I still communicate with them today.
