This has been an amazing place for our 3 kids! We moved to Boise 3 years ago and enrolled our kids in the Elementary, Jr. High, and High School. They have all thrived there! My High School daughter remarked to me after she visited for a day, "It's like to be popular here you have to be really nice!" And after attending for a couple of years now she said she can't decide who her favorite teacher is because they are all so incredible! I've seen teachers reach out to my kids, students reach out to my kids, and parents reach out to our family to make us feel welcome and included. I wholeheartedly recommend this school to anyone looking for a phenomenal academic experience and a place where their kids will learn about the love of Jesus every day!
We have two daughters at Cole Valley Christian, first and Pre-K. Our experience at Cole Valley has been incredible. From the Teachers, administration & their system. Having a writing, reading and math teacher you can tell the teachers love what they are teaching. Grace oriented and communication with the parents is great. Education + the heart of the child are equally important. We can’t say enough good things about this Elementey school!
I was at Cole Valley from 10th-12th grade. It was a great school! I did well academically because some of the teachers I had were helpful and encouraging. Sports were great too. Once my class graduated, all the good teachers I had quit. My class was a great class. We had barely any drama and overall we all got along together (no cliques). I feel bad for the younger kids because those teachers were the best and I heard they changed some rules after my class had left. My sisters are currently in the elementary campus but soon will be at the high school one. I've heard several different rumors which could make or break the school so hopefully they fix those or else my sisters probably won't go there. Overall, I feel like there are varied methods on how Christianity is portrayed and taught in the school which can cause confusion to students. That was the only major problem I had with the school.
