My experience with Coeur d'Alene High School is great! The academic program is incredible and the atmosphere of the student body is fantastic. However, one thing I would like to see a change in this school is more funding for the arts programs such as band and orchestra.

What an amazing school. There is so many people who care at this school, teachers, students, faculty, volunteers, etc. There are so many diverse subjects and activities students can participate in. It is a community and a safe place. After the tragic loss of our principal this last year, our school has come together even more than before. We support each other and we have so much school spirit every day. In the morning, teachers greet you at the doors as you come in, no matter the weather. The education is excellent, teachers try their hardest to help students and teach them all they can in as many ways as they can. This school is filled with beautiful people and beautiful characteristics.
I transferred to CHS my freshman year on a whim, and I have never regretted it once! there are lots of ways to get involved through clubs, sports, and activities. I am involved in the DECA program, and I love it! it can get a little cliquey sometimes, but other than that everyone is really nice and welcoming -especially to underclassmen; also has a very strong science program
