Clovis North is an academically, musically, and athletically excellent school.
Many teachers are caring and dedicated, committed to their students' successes. We've struggled with a certain teacher who took my kid's behaviors personally. He sent an email that would've required administrative attentions and involvements. Other than that the counselors are personable. Many of the staffs are communicable and responsive.

Clovis North as a school accomplishes everything that they set out to do - they offer a robust curriculum that aims to challenge their students and adequately prepare them for college. The teachers at the school are generally incredible, across all 6 years attending the combined middle and high school I experienced one teacher who I didn't love. Student culture on campus depends heavily on what you choose to involve yourself with, but there are some pretty intense / toxic cliques across campus.
Overall, I've had a pretty good experience at Clovis North High School. I attended all four years of my high school career and let me tell you, the academics are not easy. In addition, there are many good teachers who genuinely care about their students. I had some teachers who would even come out to my games to support, like Miss Denhartog and Mr. Martinez. Clovis North has had some good hires. On the other hand, the student services department focuses on small issues when there are bigger things they need to worry about.
