Clovis High School is an incredible school. This school will forever hold a close place in my heart. The teachers and students are great people, and the atmosphere of the school is overall welcoming. Academically, I rarely struggled, and if I did, there were multiple resources I could go to to receive aid, this included: study hall's, math/science/history clubs, peer counseling, etc. The variety of clubs at Clovis High is astounding, there is basically a club for everything. The only complaint I have toward this school is the cafeteria food. More often then not, the food would be cold or flies would be on it. There were a few instances where I would find hair or a bug in my food. Other than that, however, my experience at Clovis High was undoubtedly positive, and I would recommend incoming freshman, or otherwise, to attend this school!
I loved how close everyone was. I really felt like i was a part of the cougar family! I was on the water polo and the swim team were I learned team work and developed lasting friendships. I graduated in the year two thousand sixteen and immediately moved to mission viejo and I am still in close contact with friends from Clovis High. The teachers on staff really care and know their students so well that the know when the student needs to be pushed and when they need a break. Clovis cares. Clovis High is and will remain the best high school in that area! Once a cougar, always a cougar.
