Most of my teachers at Clements are terrible they don’t care about the well-being of their students. They only care about their pay check and they do the bare minimum to get it. But in their defense they aren’t given the resources to help their students by the administration. Clements middle school’s administrators aren’t very in touch with their students. Some students don’t even know the administrators. They are more interested in conducting the school like a prison. For example, when we transition to a class we are told to be quiet and walk on the second tile while the teachers and administration stand and watch us. There is hardly any freedom there. It’s like we are trapped.

My child would come home nearly every day talking about some sort of fight that broke out in school. Even at awards ceremonies (where tons of parents and guests are present), the majority of students are out of control. The students have no respect for teachers authority and no one is enforcing it. There was very rarely any communication from teachers to parents (aside from the county calls/emails).
Clements was an okay school. There were fights, we had rats, and bugs, and behavior problems that would distract the learning environment. I learned how to stay focused and not let any of that stuff bother me. But the teachers weren't always nice, and the administrators were not always approachable, and the counselors seemed like they didn't want to be there anyway.
