I think it is important for families considering this school to know that even the regular classes go faster than the other high schools in FBISD. If your child has a learning disability, where they can be in regular classes, this may not be a good fit. ADA accommodations are provided if you pull teeth but your student may be left feeling guilty for using accommodations. Texas has pulled funding from schools to accommodate students with disabilities so be careful on the school you select for your child. The students here are friendly though and my student does like most of her teachers.

Clements is great! Everyone's so nice, the teachers do their job and don't let bias into the grading process, and also the cafeteria food tastes like food instead of, well, the alternative. The pep rallies can be fun too as well
I would like the school administrators to acknowledge that there is an issue with racial discrimination. Diversity and equality should be talked about with the students. Also, they need to recognize that bullying is an issue in extra-curricular activities such as in band, track & field, some of the clubs, etc. Students should not have to choose one extra-curricular activity over another,.i.e. Band over T&F, T&F over Art, etc.

Academics is highly competitive and the curriculum is very stringent. I like that the school does prepare students for college.
