I absolutely love my little town of claysburg! My school has such a comforting atmosphere, the staff are so nice and very help, and the school body is amazing! If I could change something about my school it would definetly be more school spirt!

The teachers, in my opinion, do what they need to do to please the administration and pass state standards. I am enrolled in "college" classes that are not challenging. I could go to a school 30 minutes north and be in all of the standard classes, probably no honors.
I have seven different teachers and only about two actually teach. There are only about four teachers in the school that deserve their paychecks. My Economics teacher does not teach, tests, and gives us a grade that pops into his head. My math teacher is the only math teacher I have ever had that I can actually learn off of and pass her class. My English teacher from last year was great! Not too many students like her because they are too spoiled from other teachers of not having to actually learn to receive their grades. Overall I would say there are very few good teachers but the ones that are there are excellent!
