I liked my teachers! They were very supportive and did their best to prepare me for what comes after high school. I loved theatre, but it was not one of the main priorities therefore it was not properly funded. Overall my experience at Clay-Chalkville was very pleasant.

Clay-Chalkville is a 6A school and has great programs for academics and athletics. I participate in advance classes, football, and wrestling. My coaches placed academic excellence as a high priority just as they did practice. My teachers, coaches, and classmates all contributed in helping me to become a "better" me than I could have achieved on my own. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as a student of Clay-Chalkville High School and would recommend my school to anyone who may be looking to move to the area and rate academics equally as important as finding their dream home.
At first I was enjoying my school and my classes. As I started to continue my year I started to see the bad side of Clay Chalkville High. Some of the teachers really don't care about their students. They show favortism towards other children. Now the administration has made a rule about wearing IDs. Some children are not able to buy another one for $5 and if you don't have it you get suspended instead of detention or a warning . Also they charge you a $30 fee to get your schedule changed. Thats everytime you want to change it. I sometimes regret coming to Clay and should have stayed at Hoover!
