My time at Citrus Hill was very enjoyable. I attended Citrus Hill for my freshman and sophomore year. The environment is very safe and welcoming. The counselors and teachers were very helpful and engaging to make learning more fun. Rallies at the school are very energetic and involve the staff and students a lot. Citrus Hill is very diverse with students coming from all walks of life. One thing that I like about Citrus is how willing and helpful the teachers are to help students reach their goals. They offer in class, as well as outside help to any student with any concern they have. The teachers are also very genuine and honest. Citrus has been open to everyone all over campus. All teachers are kind enough to talk to us students about anything we need to know. The school is full of happiness and there are lots of activities to get involved in with whomever you’d like. Overall my experience at Citrus Hill high school was a simple but fun experience

My time at Citrus Hill was very enjoyable. The environment is very safe and you will get along with a lot of people. I felt really welcomed there and was able to get a lot of help from the counselors, teachers and even students. Things are different at Citrus that are good. Like homecoming is not a formal dance. The school invites a mariachi band sometimes, they show a movie at the end, and have jumpers and activities to do. They also give out food and drinks. Rallies at the school are very energetic and involve the staff and students a lot. The school also care about how we present ourselves and will hold your diploma if you don't finish your 40 hours of community service. The only down side about this school is the budget. We don't really get as much funding as other schools and you can see that with our sports and band equipment sometimes. This also leads to our school being the 'odd' one at events since the school doesn't really give sports teams or the band a set uniform.
Citrus Hill is an amazing school with an even better school culrure. The teachers are very friendly and engaging to make learning more fun. There is a lot of diversity here with students coming from all walks of life. With the Associated Student Body program, all students are made to feel welcome and join in on all the school activities. This program also provides students with free food through tail gates before sports games such as for football or soccer. However, I would like to see Citrus Hill encouraging students to attend career programs instead of focusing on 4-year universities.
