The teachers at CCGS are great.
The review based on students ability to read and performance in math is skewed because this school houses a special education program aimed to help students who are LD/BD. So it's not really on the same scale as the other schools that don't have similar programs. This school also has regular education classes, I wonder how they would rate if only the test scores for the regular ed students were calculated in.
As for the teachers and their participation, my child was behind in reading by about 1&1/2 grade levels. He is now up to grade level, thanks to his dedicated teachers.

We have had a wonderful experience at CCGS. The teachers and staff are very caring, and helpful. There are a number of staff that has gone above and beyond for my children. Parents are welcome to participate with school & school activities, and many parents do. Though the PTO needs more participation.
The school is great at monitoring who is coming and going in the school.
The school nurse is really on top of things, making sure proper paperwork is in order, and keeping parents informed on any and all issues that arise with their children.
