When I first came in to the school, like every other kid I was nervous, but the staff at the school were so nice and helpful that the transition was very helpful to my success for school. The staff offered a lot of help to their students and they really make sure that the students are their top priority.
Our school is in a good neighborhood. We don't need heavy security, so the measures the school had were generally precautionary. However, security guards there were not quite helpful in the event of fights. There would be times when the security guards only yelled from a distance at kids not to fight, while another adult present had to be the one to step in.
Really great diversity of students for a north chicago suburb school. The peer interaction here is at its finest: There is no social ladder, no cliques to stick to. Anyone can be and is friends with everyone else. It's an excellent community and learning environment
