I loved being apart of Chippewa Valley High school. I had the best high school experience here. The teachers and staff are really involved with the students and are always trying to get students on the right path. One thing I loved most about going here was how organized each class setting was. Each day of class started off with lecture notes and from there you'll do classwork and whatever isn't finished is homework. It was the same daily routine so you cannot get lost. Teachers would also help students during their lunch breaks and sometimes even after school to prepare them for an upcoming test or quiz and sometimes just for extra practice. However, one thing I would change about Chippewa would be the school activities. Every activity given at Chippewa was an annual routine and nothing ever changed. For instance, every spirit week we had consisted of doing the same thing and students began to grow so tired of it that they stop participating.

My current teachers are great at teaching! They have engaging real-life stories that relate to the subject. They are willing to do their best for their students. Like setting and planning field trips so students can experience the real world. I like that my teachers don't judge students of any "stupid" question they ask. They acknowledge that everyone is different and genuinely need help in their studies. However, one year I had one teacher that was very unapproachable. They were always on the computer typing emails and sometimes judged the students. Overall, the teachers at my school are awesome because I actually learn and do amazing on my homework and test scores.
Overall my experience at Chippewa was great. What stood out to me the most was how caring our teachers are. They will take the time out of there day to help any student succeed. Also, another thing I like about Chippewa Valley is the culture and atmosphere. Our school is big on sports and when its game day many staff and teachers make sure to wish a good luck or even come out to support us at our games. Its a positive environment where we all benefit from each other and support one another . My experience here at Chippewa will allow me to have a future that's bright and will be one to remember.
