Children's Hours School Reviews
Rating 2 out of 5 1 review
Positives: Outdoor time, play, creativity, great field trips, sense of community, tuition assistance, good PreK & K.
Negatives: Too much expected of parents – always asking for $ & time, inflated supply lists, poor communication, can't accommodate learning disabilities, fails to provide paperwork like assessments for district services, students/teachers are familial, lots of favoritism, bullying not addressed in upper grades, revolving door of teachers in middle grades, parents not allowed in school, one teacher is extremely mean & disrespectful, acadamics are poor in upper grades, will need outside education, 5 students held back in past 2 years, low success rate blamed on students, no functioning Board, so school has zero oversight and does whatever it wants. Tuition is raised yearly. School is 'fun' but has zero integrity.
